As expected, China not only won both the Men's & Women's Singles Events but had all the finalists as well. Ma Long beat Jike Zhang in the Men's Final with Ding Ning defeating Li Xiaoxia in a thrilling 7 setter and reversing the result from 2012 London Olympics.
