Dillon is 2015 Aust. Junior of the Year

At the closing function of National Championships, Dillon Chambers was awarded Australian Junior Player of the Year award for 2015. He follows other MSTT players, David Powell and Heming Hu to win this prestigeous award plus their (Dillon, David & Heming) coach, Mark Smythe won it in 1990. Dillon's main acheivements were, 

- Win Australian U18 Boys Top 10 Event for 2nd year in a row

- Win Oceania U18 Boys Doubles

- R-up Australian U21 Men's Singles 

- R-up Oceania U18 Boys Singles

- R-up Australian U18 Boys Doubles

- SF Australian U18 Boys Singles


Dillon was also selected into Aust. Boys Team to compete @ World Junior Championships (WJC) in early December in France. 

His short term focus is now on completing Yr. 12 exams then will head to Sweden mid November for 2 months to join up with other MSTT players David Powell and Heming Hu plus Jake Duffy from QLD. This will be his first training stint overseas that includes playing some domestic tournaments and WJC.
